Fleet Customer Service Specialist (Warszawa)

For our Client – international company operating in fleet management sector we are looking for communicative and business – oriented candidate to take the position of Fleet Customer Service Specialist.

The person on this position will be responsible for working with predefined customers (big, international companies) in terms of fleet issues, he / she proactively takes care of the customers drivers needs during the whole lifecycle of the car, act as a communication hub and is the main responsible for all incoming requests coming from customers and drivers, process or forward of all incoming requests according to defined procedures and KPIs defined in the contract with the customer. The scope of responsibilities are also: client’s advisory in terms of new cars, ordering and delivery of new cars, requesting, analysing and controlling of leasing conditions, business reports preparation.
