Car Fleet & Office Manager

Job description:

  • Develop and prepare the annual preliminary budget for car fleet and office maintenance
  • Coordinate office & car fleet staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency and handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Analyse and review budgetary and financial data
  • Develop and implement office & car fleet policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
  • Agree vehicle specifications in line with the procedure and according to business needs
  • Control and authorize expenditures in accordance with established limitations
  • Coordinate the purchasing/leasing and assure optimal pricing and quality of vehicles, participate in related negotiation and quotation activities
  • Assure adequate, equipment and material levels to meet maintenance, servicing and repair needs; coordinate equipment, material and supply purchases as appropriate
